K-6 Fluoride tablet program: Please review this with your dentist, and if your dentist recommends daily fluoride supplement, this may be done at school. You must sign the fluoride tablet consent form and have it on file with our dental hygienist for your child to receive fluoride at school. Do not give your child fluoride at home on those days in which he attends school and would be getting fluoride at school.
